We’re selling a 6-8 pound boneless rib roast, which feeds approximately 8-10 people based on a 12oz serving per person. One of the nine primal cuts of beef, boneless rib roast is richly marbled. This gives it that tender, moist, and savory flavor it’s known for. We’ve partnered with a local butcher in Cle Elum called Owens Meats who refer to themselves as the candy store for carnivores. If the name sounds familiar, that’s because they’ve been serving meat to families' tables in the Pacific Northwest since 1887. Boneless rib roasts will be delivered in a separate box that your milkman or woman will set on top of your porch box with your delivery.
