Berry Overnight Oats
Serves: 1
What you need
- ½ cup fresh (or frozen, thawed) berries of your choice (blueberries, strawberries and raspberries all work great!)
- 1 tsp. honey
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup Alpenrose Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- ½ cup Alpenrose Reduced Fat Milk
- 12 almonds, chopped
Instructions
In a bowl or jar, combine berries, honey, and vanilla; then mash with a fork.
Add oats, cottage cheese, milk, and stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least six hours.
Serve cold, sprinkled with almonds.
