This simple, three-ingredient frozen treat is the ultimate summer pick-me-up.
Coffee & Cream Granita
Ingredients:
- 10 oz. your favorite Cold Brew + Milk (try Stumptown's collection with Oatly or brew your own cold brew at home)
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tsp. sugar
Instructions:
- In a shallow dish (a pie pan works great), pour in the cold brew and place in the freezer.
- Every 20 minutes, pull out and break up into small crystals with a fork, until the cold brew is flakey and crystalized. Put back in the freezer, and make whipped cream.
- Place whipping cream into a bowl, and whip on high speed until slightly thickened.
- Add sugar gradually while whipping. Whip until stiff peaks form in the cream.
- Remove dish of crystallized coffee from freezer, and spoon into two glasses. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
