Have you recently signed up for service? Here are seven features to know about home delivery.

  1. Never forget your favorite items by adding them to your standing order. 

    Your standing order should include products you know you want to receive every delivery and can't live without. Select the product image to add the item for either weekly or every other week delivery.

  2. Add products with the touch of a button.

    Use the + sign next to the product image to quickly add it to your next delivery.

  3. Update your order until 2:00pm.

    You can continue to make changes to your order until 2:00pm the day before your recurring delivery day.

  4. Plan ahead with the skip feature.

    Going out of town? Don’t need a delivery this week? No problem! Go to the Manage Delivery Skips page in the app or on our website to skip an upcoming delivery.

  5. Dry ice is included.

    Your insulated porch box is designed to keep your products fresh and cool until you can retrieve your order. And during the warmer summer months, we will also include complimentary dry ice with every delivery.

  6. Don’t worry about ordering too much!

    If your entire order won’t fit in the porch box, your milkman or milkwoman will place any additional items in an insulated bag, which are for you to keep. Enjoy!

Just got my first delivery and I am so happy to have a local company deliver local products! I would love to see more veggies offered (shout out to any local produce farmers out there) but I am pleased with having staples delivered to my door. Thank you Alpenrose!

I have been very happy with the Alpenrose delivery service, however, last week I ordered celery and it was the saddest bag of celery hearts I have ever seen.  The bag was labeled 1 pound but it weighed 10 ounces.  I weighed it because it looked like two baby plants and indeed it was.  When I opened the package and broke out two 6 inch stalks, the only thing under them was leaves.  I am returning the rest of the bag.  I think whoever fills the orders needs to check quality before sending items as up to now we considered your service as fantastic.
