These mocktails are crafted with a spotlight on seasonal citrus, offering the perfect companions for a vibrant and revitalizing start to the year.
Jasmine Silver Tip Moscow Mule
Ingredients
- 2 cups sparkling water
- 1 cup Steven Smith Teamaker Jasmine Silvertip, chilled
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger
- 1/3 -1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 ½ tsp grated peeled fresh ginger
- 2-3 fresh mint leaves
- crushed ice
- lime slices and fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Place your teabag into a teapot or mug, add hot water, and steep for up to 5 minutes. Once brewed to your desired liking, remove the bag and set aside.
- Muddle tea, lime juice, grated ginger, and mint leaves in a wide-mouth jar.
- Pour into a pitcher, add the sparkling water, and stir.
- Fill copper mugs or glasses with crushed ice, pour the cocktail over ice, and serve with a garnish of one lime slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
Lord Bergamot Citrus Honey Mocktail
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon hot water
- Ice
- 3 ounces strong brewed Steven Smith Teamaker Bergamot Earl Grey tea, cooled
- 2 ounces Columbia Gorge Grapefruit Juice
- Grapefruit slices for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Mix the honey and hot water in a glass until the honey is dissolved.
- Fill the glass with fresh ice.
- Pour the tea and grapefruit juice over the ice. Stir, garnish with sliced grapefruit, and serve.
Citrus Meadow Mojito Mocktail
Ingredients
- 1 Steven Smith Teamaker Meadow
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- Half a lime, cut into wedges
- 1 cup crushed ice
- ½ cup club soda
- Optional garnish: Mint leaves, lime slices
Directions
