This cut is 3.5 pounds, so it will feed approximately 4-6 people.
Is it already seasoned?
No, the leg of lamb is not pre-seasoned. This allows you to customize the seasoning to your liking. We recommend using a generous amount of salt and pepper, as well as your favorite herbs and spices.
How long does it take to cook?
It will typically take a few hours. Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper cooking temperature. For rare, you should remove it from the oven when the internal temperature reaches about 120F, for medium-rare, the temperature should be 125.
