Easy Cheeseburger Sliders

These easy cheeseburger sliders are the perfect game-day snack or weeknight dinner! Made with juicy ground beef, melty American cheese, and soft Hawaiian rolls, they come together quickly and bake to golden perfection. Perfect for feeding a crowd with minimal effort!
Makes 12 sliders
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12-pack Hawaiian dinner rolls or mini buns of your choice
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- choice of toppings (see below)
Topping Ideas:
1. Classic Cheeseburger Sliders
- 6 slices American cheese
- 6-12 Pickle slices
- ketchup
- mustard
- lettuce
2. Seattle Dog Sliders
- 6 oz. Cream cheese
- 2 grilled onions
- 12 slices bacon, crisped
- Jalapeño slices
3. Bacon & Blue Cheese Sliders
- 12 slices bacon, crisped
- 6 oz blue cheese crumbles
- Mayo or garlic aioli
4. Caramelized Onion Sliders
- 2 caramelized onions
- 6 slices swiss cheese
5. BBQ Sliders
- 1 package pulled pork with BBQ sauce
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 sliced onion (or use onion rings or crispy onions)
Instructions:
- Form the beef into 12 equally sized patties. Season on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Cook the beef patties to the desired doneness in a skillet over medium heat.
- In the meantime, prepare your toppings. Crisp bacon if using, cut cheese slices in half, or prepare your grilled onions.
- Assemble sliders: bottom half of slider bun, beef patty, cheese, optional toppings, top bun.
- If needed, warm sliders in the oven for 3-5 minutes to get the cheese good and melty.
- Serve and enjoy!
