Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken wings (drums and flats) (defrosted if frozen)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ⅓ cup Belgioioso Grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon Alpenrose butter
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
- Place the wings into a bowl and add garlic, salt, spices, and olive oil. Toss to completely coat the wings.
For Air Fryer:
- Preheat the Air Fryer at 400° F degrees for 2 minutes. Add the wings in a single layer to the air fryer (they should NOT be touching), and cook for 10 minutes at 400° F degrees.
- After the timer goes off, open and carefully flip over the chicken wings. Close the air fryer and cook at 400° F for 8 minutes.
- Place the cooked wings in a bowl, pour over the melted butter and add the grated parmesan. Toss to coat each piece with Parmesan and butter. Serve immediately.
For Oven Baking:
- Preheat the oven to 400° F. Place the wings into a bowl and add garlic, salt, spices, and olive oil. Toss to completely coat the wings.
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment or foil. Transfer chicken wings to parchment and bake for 30 minutes on one side.
- After 30 minutes, flip over to the other side and bake for another 15 minutes, then remove them from the oven.
- Place the cooked wings in a bowl, pour over the melted butter and add the grated parmesan. Toss to coat each piece with Parmesan and butter. Serve immediately.
