Fridge-Cleanout Flatbread Pizza

Have a few leftover tortillas, naan, or even sandwich bread? Use them to make a quick, crispy pizza with whatever meat and veggie toppings you have!
Makes 2 individual flatbreads
Ingredients:
- 2 flatbreads (naan, pita, tortillas, or thick slices of bread)
- ½ cup sauce (tomato sauce, pesto, Alfredo, or even olive oil)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (just about any type will do)
- 1 cup assorted toppings (veggies, meats, olives, leftover roasted chicken, etc.)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place flatbread on a baking sheet or pizza stone and spread sauce evenly on each slice of flatbread.
- Divide cheese evenly and sprinkle on top of sauce on each flatbread
- Arrange toppings on top of cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and enjoy!
