Fridge-Cleanout Flatbread PIzza

Have a few leftover tortillas, naan, or even sandwich bread? Use them to make a quick, crispy pizza with whatever meat and veggie toppings you have!

Makes 2 individual flatbreads

Ingredients:

  • 2 flatbreads (naan, pita, tortillas, or thick slices of bread)
  • ½ cup sauce (tomato sauce, pesto, Alfredo, or even olive oil)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (just about any type will do)
  • 1 cup assorted toppings (veggies, meats, olives, leftover roasted chicken, etc.)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place flatbread on a baking sheet or pizza stone and spread sauce evenly on each slice of flatbread.
  3. Divide cheese evenly and sprinkle on top of sauce on each flatbread
  4. Arrange toppings on top of cheese.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Slice and enjoy!
